Ube Ice Cream

Hi everyone! I am finally sharing with you my very simple also irresistibly delightful Ube Ice Cream. For some people who are on a low sugar diet just like me, this may be a super sinful delight for you. Without further ado let's head to the recipe and I will be posting the nutrition facts of this recipe down below for easy adjustments or options for fats and sugar.
You will need...

  • 1 1/2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream of choice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup regular milk
  • 1 tps / 1tbsp Ube Extract

For the Ube Extract, I use the high-grade quality Ube Flavor to achieve that real taste of ube. 
Procedure
  1.  In a stand mixer or hand, mixer whip the heavy whipping cream until you reach stiff peaks
  1. Slowly add in the can of condensed milk and whip the milk mixture to keep the creaminess.
  1. Slowly add in the 1/2 cup of milk and continue mixing
  1. Lastly, add in your use extract and keep mixing until fully combined.

Option:
You can add in a real Ube jam that you can make on your own or you can get at your local Asian store for this ice cream for an extra raw flavour and can reduce the amount of used extract.
